Company Overview: Hubstry & GuruDev®

My startup, Hubstry, is a deep-tech holding focused on computational ontology and symbolic intelligence, with GuruDev® as its core technological innovation.

GuruDev® is an ontological, multisemiotic, and multimodal programming language. It goes beyond traditional syntax to operate on seven hermeneutic levels (literal, allegorical, moral, mystical, functional, aesthetic, ontological), allowing code to be interpreted, not just executed.

Its main technological pillars are:

  1. Analogical Thinking Engine: The core processor of GuruDev® uses analogical reasoning (not just identity) to map structures across different domains and programming languages, enabling true semantic interoperability.
  2. Iterative Parametric Interaction for Interoperability (IPII): This is our proprietary technique for semantic transpilation. It compares computational tokens (keywords, data types) against a vast panlinguistic database to generate accurate, contextually informed code in over 2000 programming languages.
  3. Multimodal Data Types: GuruDev® natively supports audio, image, video, and scientific formulas as first-class data types, enabling the creation of interactive, educational, and sensory applications.
  4. Ontological Architecture: The language is grounded in Aristotle’s ten categories (Substance, Quantity, Quality, Relation, etc.), allowing for deep classification and semantic analysis of code.
  5. The Dodecalogue: This is our educational framework, a modern update of the Trivium and Quadrivium, which integrates logic, science, philosophy, art, and spirituality into a cohesive curriculum for holistic developer education.

In essence, Hubstry’s main technology is a semantic processing system that transforms programming from a purely functional task into a deeply meaningful, interdisciplinary, and human-centered practice.

Company Overview: Hubstry & GuruDev®

Hubstry is a deep-tech holding company and cognitive ecosystem dedicated to redefining the future of programming, education, and human-computer interaction. At its core is GuruDev®, a groundbreaking ontological, multisemiotic, and multimodal programming language that transcends traditional syntax to operate on multiple levels of meaning, integrating art, science, philosophy, and spiritual tradition.

GuruDev® is not merely a tool for code execution—it is a semantic processor that interprets intention, context, and significance. Built on a foundation of analogical thinking, Peirce’s semiotics, and Aristotle’s ten ontological categories, GuruDev® enables native semantic interoperability across over 2,000 programming and symbolic languages. This allows seamless translation between systems, domains, and even symbolic forms like music, mathematics, and visual art.

The language natively supports multimodal data types—including audio, image, video, and scientific formulas—and is structured around seven hermeneutic levels (literal, allegorical, moral, mystical, functional, aesthetic, ontological), enabling developers to embed deep layers of meaning into their code.

GuruDev® also serves as a complete educational paradigm through the Dodecalogue, a modern evolution of the classical Trivium and Quadrivium. This framework integrates twelve fields of knowledge—logic, mathematics, science, technology, philosophy, ethics, art, music, language, spirituality, history, and ecology—making it ideal for holistic, interdisciplinary learning in EdTech, AI, and digital literacy.

As a fullstack founder solo bootstrap venture, Hubstry embodies the principles of digital craftsmanship, resilience, and independent innovation. Guided by the mindset of a flâneur and a self-made artisan of code, the company prioritizes depth over speed, meaning over metrics, and long-term impact over rapid scale.

Hubstry’s mission is to build a cognitive infrastructure for the next era of computing—one where technology is not only intelligent but also meaningful, ethical, and deeply human.

I am a fullstack founder, solo bootstrap developer, self-taught indie maker, and digital craftsman over 50, building Hubstry — a deep-tech holding focused on computational ontology, symbolic intelligence, and semantic interoperability.

At the core of Hubstry is GuruDev®, an ontological, multisemiotic, and multimodal programming language I am creating from the ground up. GuruDev® operates across seven hermeneutic levels and integrates Aristotle’s ten ontological categories, enabling native semantic interoperability with over 2,000 programming and symbolic languages via our proprietary IPII (Iterative Parametric Interaction for Interoperability) engine.

This is not just a technical project — it’s a cognitive ecosystem and a new paradigm for holistic computing, where code is not only executed but interpreted, contextualized, and imbued with meaning. It bridges art, science, philosophy, and spiritual tradition, making programming a deeply human and interdisciplinary act.

I am also developing the Dodecalogue, a modern educational framework that updates the classical Trivium and Quadrivium. It integrates logic, mathematics, science, technology, philosophy, ethics, art, music, language, spirituality, history, and ecology — forming the foundation of Hubstry Academy, where students learn by building real startups around their natural aptitudes.

As a self-made, self-taught entrepreneur, I embody the camel breeder mindset: resilient, independent, and built for the long journey. I bootstrap not out of necessity, but as a deliberate strategy to maintain vision, quality, and autonomy. My approach blends the precision of a digital craftsman with the reflective observation of a flâneur — walking the digital streets, connecting ideas, and finding meaning in the everyday.

I am not chasing rapid scale or vanity metrics. I am building a legacy of depth, purpose, and innovation — one line of meaningful code at a time.

While I am currently in the solo bootstrap phase of Hubstry and GuruDev®, my most important metrics are not vanity metrics, but depth indicators — signs of meaningful progress, validation, and the building of a resilient, intelligent foundation.

Here are the key metrics I’m tracking and would like to highlight:

  1. Depth of Intellectual Property (IP) Development:

The evolution and formalization of core innovations like the IPII (Iterative Parametric Interaction for Interoperability) engine, the Dodecalogue educational framework, and the semantic architecture of GuruDev®. The richness and uniqueness of this IP are foundational to our long-term value.

  2. Content & Knowledge Output:

I have published a comprehensive whitepaper, launched a Substack, sharing technical articles on Dev.to, and built a public GitHub repository. This consistent, high-quality content output demonstrates technical rigor, educational vision, and thought leadership.

  3. Strategic Validation:

I am actively applying to and engaging with high-caliber programs like the Google for Startups Cloud Program and the Gemini Founders Forum. These applications represent a form of peer and institutional validation for the technical and philosophical depth of the project.

  4. Community and Network Growth:

I am building a presence and receiving engagement from the global community of indie hackers, deep-tech founders, and developers on platforms like DIO. This growing network is a critical asset for future collaboration, mentorship, and early adoption.

  5. Mastery of the Full Stack (Founder as the Core Metric):

As a fullstack founder solo bootstrap, my own ability to design, develop, document, and communicate the entire vision is a primary metric. The fact that I am personally building the language, the educational model, and the brand from the ground up is a powerful testament to resilience, craftsmanship, and execution capability.

These metrics reflect a long-term, value-driven approach to building a deep-tech company. My focus is on creating a cognitive and technological infrastructure that is meaningful, interoperable, and educationally transformative, not just one that scales quickly.
