You Read That Right—If You’re 18 or Under, You Can Build Your Dream Project and Get Stuff
Whether it’s a custom keyboard, a game, a robot, or something totally unexpected, Hack Club empowers teen creators to bring bold ideas to life—with code, creativity, and support from an epic global student community.
Hack Club isn’t some contest with just a few winners.
If you build stuff, you get stuff—guaranteed.
You don’t need a résumé or college degree. Just imagination, curiosity, and the drive to make something cool.

FAQ
Who is eligible?
You need to be a high schooler (or younger). If you’re over 18, you can still earn prizes through our referral program by getting teens excited about building cool stuff.
How much does it cost?
It’s completely free! Hack Club even covers shipping costs for your prizes.
What types of projects count?
Anything you build—apps, games, websites, hardware projects—counts, as long as you share your progress and log your hours.
How many projects can I build?
No limit! Every project you log could earn prizes. Build more, earn more.
How can I trust this is real?
Last winter, we ran High Seas, which shipped out over 12,000 prizes for 3,865 student-led projects. We’ve got the receipts. Before that, Arcade was a massive hit too.

Yup! Hack Club is a registered 501(c)(3). EIN: 81-2908499. You can see our financials on ProPublica or our Philanthropy page.
