Today marks the first step of my journey towards becoming a full-stack developer. Despite being in a non-tech role, I’ve decided to kick things off with the “JavaScript Essential Training” course on LinkedIn Learning.
Why JavaScript?
Well, before diving headfirst into frameworks like React.js, I wanted to revisit and reinforce my skillsets in JavaScript. As someone passionate about building robust and dynamic web applications, mastering JavaScript is key to unlocking a world of possibilities in web development.
Sharing Progress
My goal with this journey is not only to acquire technical knowledge but also to share my experiences and insights with you all. That’s why I’ve committed to posting daily updates here on DEV, documenting my learnings, challenges, and the occasional “aha!” moments that come with mastering a new skill.
So, here’s to Day 1 of many more to come! I’m excited about the road ahead and can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s update, where I’ll dive deeper into JavaScript and share more of my coding adventures.
