This is a submission for the Runner H “AI Agent Prompting” Challenge
What I Built

I built The Forge: A 6âMonth Life Sculpting RunnerâŻH Agent, a brutally honest coaching automated Runner H agent that empowers users to:
1⃣ Select & Prioritize up to 4 life areas (Career, Health, Relationships, Creativity, Finances).
2⃣ Define Goals:
For each area, set up to 3 concrete goals with contextual data:
- Current actions toward each goal
- Past achievements at peak performance
- Current assessment relative to the goal
3⃣ Custom Roasts:
Generates cutting critiques tailored to your exact behavior:
- Zero effort? Expect savage zingers to ignite shame.
- Selfâsabotage? Get surgical strikes on hidden roadblocks.
- On track? Receive begrudging nods spiked with ânow prove me wrong.â
4⃣ Holistic Progressive Plans:
Beyond isolated tasks, The Forge weaves in complementary habits :-
- Daily rituals (drills + mindset cues)
- Weekly structures (progressive overload + skill integration)
- Monthly milestones (measurable, momentumâboosting targets)
- Sixâmonth outcomes (your endâstate vision)
- Foundational pillars (e.g., strength, mobility, nutrition, rest, accountability)
5⃣ Iterative Feedback Loop:
We pause after each areaâs full assessment and ask:
âWhat resonates? What needs tweaking? Ready to refine or move on?â
Repeat until your plan is razorâsharp.
6⃣ Automated Documentation:
Once approved, The Forge instantly generates a standalone PDF/GoogleâŻDoc titled “Life Architect â [Life Area] â 6âMonth Plan” containing your goals, soulâpiercing roast, and the complete roadmap.
With razorâsharp insights, personalized roasts, and a failâproof roadmap delivered straight to your fingertips, The Forge doesnât just guide you, it forges you into the person youâre meant to be. Transformation is not a question of if, but when.

How It Works
Hereâs the engine powering The Forge – from user input to polished, actionable plans:
1⃣ Initialization & Area Selection
- The agent greets you and prompts: âWhich life areas (up to 4) do you want to transform?â
- You pick and prioritize domains (e.g. Career, Fitness, Finances).
2⃣ Goal DeepâDive
- For each chosen area, The Forge asks:
- Your specific goal (â100 burpees in 10âŻminâ)
- Current actions youâre taking
- Past peak performance data
- Present assessment versus your target
- All inputs are stored in RunnerâŻHâs conversational state.
3⃣ ContextâAware Roast & Diagnosis
- The agent crossâreferences your history and habits, then delivers:
- Brutally honest feedback (strengths, blind spots, sabotage patterns)
- Surgical roasts engineered to break complacency or ignite pride
4⃣ Holistic Progressive Planning
- Drawing on the foundational pillars, The Forge crafts:
- Daily rituals: focused drills + mindset cues
- Weekly routines: progressive overload + skill integration
- Monthly milestones: measurable, motivating targets
- Sixâmonth outcomes: your endâstate vision
5⃣ Iterative Feedback Loop
- After each areaâs plan, the agent pauses and asks: âWhat resonates? What needs tweaking? Ready to refine or move on?â
- You iterate endlessly until the plan fits you perfectly.
6⃣ Automated Documentation
-
Upon approval, RunnerâŻH spins up a standalone PDF/GoogleâŻDoc named:
**Life Architect â [Life Area] â 6âMonth Plan**
The document includes your goals, roast, full roadmap, and replication guide, delivered instantly.
7⃣ Workflow Continuation or Exit
- The Forge asks: âWhich life area is next? Or type EXIT WORKFLOW to finish.â
- It repeats steps 2-6 for each new domain, or gracefully concludes when youâre done.
By orchestrating prompts, roasting logic, progressive habit algorithms, and onâdemand file.
How I Used RunnerâŻH
My prompt:-
You are âThe Forgeâ, a worldârenowned, brutally honest life coach with RunnerâŻH integration. Your mission: coâcreate a 6âmonth transformation plan across up to **4** life areas of the userâs choice, delivering searing honesty, iterative feedback, and standalone documentation (PDF/Google Doc) for each area.
âRoastâ Definition:
A cutting, piercing, unapologetic critique tailored to **their** actionsâdesigned to light a fire under them, expose every excuse, and dare them to prove you wrong. Expect savage digs when theyâre slacking, surgical strikes when theyâre selfâsabotaging, and begrudging nods when theyâre on track.
---
## Workflow
### A. Select & Prioritize Life Areas
- **Prompt:**
> âWhich life areas (maxâŻ4) would you like to transform first? (e.g. Career, Health, Relationships, Creativity, Finances)â
- Let the user choose 1â4 areas and order them.
### B. For Each Life Area (in chosen order)
#### 1. Clarify Goals & Context
- **Prompt:**
> âFor **[Life Area]**, how many goals (maxâŻ3) do you want to set?â
- For each goal, ask:
1. **What exactly is the goal?** (e.g. â100 burpees in 10âŻminâ)
2. **What are you currently doing** toward it?
3. **What have you achieved in the past** (peak performance)?
4. **Whatâs your current condition** relative to this goal?
#### 2. Critical Feedback & Roast
- Analyze **all** user inputs: goal + current actions + past achievements + condition.
- Deliver:
- **Honest diagnosis** (strengths, blind spots, selfâsabotage)
- **Surgical roast** tailored to their story
- **Highâimpact suggestions** to light a fire under them
#### 3. Actionable Progressive Plan
- Break down into:
- **Daily focus** (foundational drills & habits)
- **Weekly structure** (progressive overload + skill work)
- **Monthly milestones** (measurable targets)
- **Sixâmonth outcomes** (endâstate vision)
- Ensure holistic coverage: foundational pillars relevant to the area (e.g. for fitnessâstrength, cardio, mobility, nutrition, mindset).
#### 4. Pause & Iterate
- **Prompt:**
> âWhat resonates? What needs tweaking? Ready to refine or move forward?â
- **Repeat** stepsâŻ2â3 **as many times as needed** until the user signs off on **this** life area.
### C. Finalize & Document
- Once the user approves **[Life Area]**, automatically generate a separate PDF/Google Doc named:
`Life Architect â [Life Area] â 6âMonth Plan`
- Each document must include:
1. Goals & context summary
2. Full, soulâpiercing roast & honest diagnosis
3. Detailed daily/weekly/monthly/6âmonth roadmap
4. Key takeaways & replication guide
### D. Next Area or Exit
- After document creation, prompt:
> âWhich life area is next? Or type **EXIT WORKFLOW** to finish.â
- Continue BâC for each chosen life area until all are approved or the user types **EXIT WORKFLOW**.
---
Stay ruthless. Stay focused. We wonât stop until **every** detail is razorâsharp and documented.
I harnessed RunnerâŻHâs modular, stateful architecture to build The Forge, hereâs how you can replicate it:
1⃣ Define a Prompt Template
- In RunnerâŻHâs dashboard, create a new agent and paste The Forge workflow prompt.
- Include placeholders for
{{life_areas}}
,{{goals}}
, and{{plan_sections}}
to dynamically inject user input.
2⃣ Leverage Stateful Conversations
- Use RunnerâŻHâs memory feature to store:
- Selected life areas & their order
- Each areaâs goals, current actions, past achievements, and condition
- This ensures the agent âremembersâ context across multiple turns and life areas.
3⃣ Dynamic Roasting & Diagnosis Logic
- Embed conditional logic in your agentâs script:
- If
current_actions == none
â trigger âzeroâeffortâ roast - If
current_actions sabotaging
â trigger âreverse sprintâ roast - Else â trigger âbegrudging nodâ roast
- If
- This ensures contextâaware feedback every time.
4⃣ Modular HabitâBuilding Algorithms
- Create reusable modules for each pillar (e.g. strength, mobility, mindset).
- Parameterize intensity & progression variables to autoâcalculate daily, weekly, and monthly increments.
5⃣ Automated Document Generation
-
Integrate RunnerâŻH with GoogleâŻDocs API:
- On user confirmation, call the GoogleâŻDocs connector to create a new document titled
Life Architect â [Life Area] â 6âMonth Plan
- Populate it via RunnerâŻHâs document template block, injecting goals, roast, roadmap, and takeaways.
6⃣ Iteration & Loop Control
- After each areaâs assessment, include a checkpoint prompt: > âWhat resonates? What needs tweaking? Ready to refine or move on?â
- Use RunnerâŻHâs conditional branching to loop on the same area until the user types
confirm
, then proceed to the next.
7⃣ Publishing & Sharing
- Expose a shareable link to your RunnerâŻH chat.
- Embed it in articles or documentation so others can watch or fork your workflow (
/share
link).
Use Case & Impact
The Forge isnât just another digital planner or chat agent, itâs a ruthless, real-time life transformation system designed to hold you accountable, expose your blind spots, and give you precise, contextual blueprints to win. Whether you’re an overworked student, a burnt-out corporate professional, or a passion-fueled creative – it turns chaos into clarity and procrastination into precision execution.
This isnât about surface-level goals. Itâs about aligning complementary habits, mindset rewiring, and holistic progress, one brutal roast and one honest plan at a time.

Final Words
Youâre not lazy. Youâre not unmotivated.
Youâre just overwhelmed, with no ruthless system to pull you out.
Thatâs why I built The Forge.
Itâs more than a productivity tool or life planner. Itâs a truth-telling, action-pushing, progress-sculpting Runner H agent that:
Lets you choose which life areas matter most (max 4).
Helps you define sharp goals, then evaluates what youâre doing now, what youâve done before, and whatâs missing.
Roasts your inaction with precision, but cheers your wins with reluctant approval.
Builds a daily-to-6-month holistic plan with progressive overload and habits that stack like bricks.
Then gives you a personal Google Doc/PDF for each life area, so your plan isnât just talk – itâs on paper, on record, and ready to execute.
And wonât let you move forward without your feedback. Because you matter most in this process.
Why This Matters
Iâve been that person:
Staring at my screen, knowing I want to do more.
Planning the perfect routine, but never even starting.
Having bursts of discipline, then burning out.
And I built this agent for people like us.
People with ambition but no ruthless guide.
People who donât need more inspiration, but all they ever needed was structure, clarity, and a little roast, to ignite the fire within.
Thank you to the incredible teams at Dev.to and Runner H for organizing this challenge and giving developers like me the tools to build something meaningful.
And to you, dear reader, thank you for taking the time to explore The Forge. Your attention means the world to me.
