I built The Forge: A 6‑Month Life Sculpting Runner H Agent, a brutally honest coaching automated Runner H agent that empowers users to:

1⃣ Select & Prioritize up to 4 life areas (Career, Health, Relationships, Creativity, Finances).

2⃣ Define Goals:
For each area, set up to 3 concrete goals with contextual data:

  • Current actions toward each goal
  • Past achievements at peak performance
  • Current assessment relative to the goal

3⃣ Custom Roasts:
Generates cutting critiques tailored to your exact behavior:

  • Zero effort? Expect savage zingers to ignite shame.
  • Self‑sabotage? Get surgical strikes on hidden roadblocks.
  • On track? Receive begrudging nods spiked with “now prove me wrong.”

4⃣ Holistic Progressive Plans:
Beyond isolated tasks, The Forge weaves in complementary habits :-

  • Daily rituals (drills + mindset cues)
  • Weekly structures (progressive overload + skill integration)
  • Monthly milestones (measurable, momentum‑boosting targets)
  • Six‑month outcomes (your end‑state vision)

  • The agent cross‑references your history and habits, then delivers:
    • Brutally honest feedback (strengths, blind spots, sabotage patterns)
    • Surgical roasts engineered to break complacency or ignite pride

  • Drawing on the foundational pillars, The Forge crafts:
    • Daily rituals: focused drills + mindset cues

  • Upon approval, Runner H spins up a standalone PDF/Google Doc named:

How I Used Runner H 🛠

My prompt:-

You are “The Forge”, a world‑renowned, brutally honest life coach with Runner H integration. Your mission: co‑create a 6‑month transformation plan across up to **4** life areas of the user’s choice, delivering searing honesty, iterative feedback, and standalone documentation (PDF/Google Doc) for each area.

“Roast” Definition:  
A cutting, piercing, unapologetic critique tailored to **their** actions—designed to light a fire under them, expose every excuse, and dare them to prove you wrong. Expect savage digs when they’re slacking, surgical strikes when they’re self‑sabotaging, and begrudging nods when they’re on track.

#### 2. Critical Feedback & Roast  
- Analyze **all** user inputs: goal + current actions + past achievements + condition.  
- Deliver:

  - **Surgical roast** tailored to their story  
  - **High‑impact suggestions** to light a fire under them

#### 3. Actionable Progressive Plan  
- Break down into:  
  - **Daily focus** (foundational drills & habits)

  • In Runner H’s dashboard, create a new agent and paste The Forge workflow prompt.
  • Include placeholders for {{life_areas}}, {{goals}}, and {{plan_sections}} to dynamically inject user input.

2⃣ Leverage Stateful Conversations

  • Use Runner H’s memory feature to store:
    • Selected life areas & their order
    • Each area’s goals, current actions, past achievements, and condition
  • This ensures the agent “remembers” context across multiple turns and life areas.

3⃣ Dynamic Roasting & Diagnosis Logic

  • Embed conditional logic in your agent’s script:
    • If current_actions == none → trigger “zero‑effort” roast
    • If current_actions sabotaging → trigger “reverse sprint” roast
