What I Built

I built the Personalized Skill Growth Navigator, a powerful Runner H workflow designed to automate and simplify career development. It solves the common problem of identifying skill gaps against a target job role and then finding/organizing relevant learning resources. My solution intelligently analyzes your resume and a job description, curates free online courses from platforms like Udemy and Coursera, and then creates a structured, personalized learning plan across Notion, schedules learning sessions in Google Calendar, and sends notifications via Gmail and Slack.

How I Used Runner H

I built the “Personalized Skill Growth Navigator,” an autonomous Runner H workflow that revolutionizes career development. It solves the challenge of manually identifying skill gaps and creating learning plans.

I leveraged Runner H’s capabilities to:

Analyze Documents: Intelligently process resume and a job description to pinpoint skill gaps.

Web Research: Utilize Surfer H to find free, high-quality courses on Udemy and Coursera for each gap.

Orchestrate Apps: Seamlessly create a structured learning path in Notion, schedule personalized sessions in Google Calendar (after an interactive user query), and send notifications via Gmail and Slack.

Execute via Single Prompt: All these complex actions are triggered by one comprehensive prompt.

Replicating My Workflow:
Setup: Connect your Google, Notion, and Slack accounts within Runner H.

Upload Files: Upload your resume (pdf file) and a target job description (txt file) to Runner H’s “Files” section.

Run: Input the comprehensive prompt (from the technical documentation) into Runner H and answer the interactive scheduling questions when prompted.
