Associate Solutions Engineer
Full-Time // Remote in US
Summary
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you are responsible for supporting the Sales process, assisting in defining the services to be offered to a prospect, and generating estimates for the services to be delivered in a customer engagement. Successful individuals will have a foundational understanding of how to approach digital accessibility, inclusive of WCAG 2.2 A/AA and/or Section 508 standards. The candidate will also be required to configure accessibility engagements in the ARC platform for accessibility audits. The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task a variety of demanding assignments without a degradation of work quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review digital content and be able to understand page layout and design for complexity.
- Be responsible for reviewing content, defining scope, and estimating the work to be performed and delivered in customer engagements.
- Configure engagements on TPGi’s ARC platform which will be used to perform accessibility reviews.

Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity/experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Customer-centric focused with attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills are desirable for the proper identification of scope, and exclusion of non-scope items.
- Aptitude to handle quick turnaround times and the reprioritization of work tasks.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capability to understand technical information from prospects and customers.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, similar to work experience.
Experience
- 0-2 years experience (including internships) working with digital media, content, and user interfaces.
- Familiarity or experience working in digital accessibility (preferred).
- Foundational understanding of WCAG 2.0, 2.1 & 2.2 A/AA and Section 508. (preferred).
- Prior experience in front-end web development is a significant plus.
Technical Skills
- Experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript

The typical salary range for this position is USD $24-$34 Hourly depending on experience, and can vary.
